Being born a Singapore Chinese and having conservative parents and extended family that practiced Buddhism and meddled with the occult, observing the adults living a life of contradiction was perplexing. Girls would take second place and expression of emotions and truth were frowned upon. Growing up was all about maintaining a false appearance that life was good and family was amazing.

The reality was really about surviving the family culture and darkness that was threatening to engulf me. From a very young age, suicidal thoughts filled my head. By the grace of God, I married the most wonderful man, Ken, who champions the real me to thrive. It was in 2003, on I-45 in Houston, Texas, that we encountered the One True God. We escaped unscathed from a pile up, moments after I said, "Jesus." under my breath. I began to learn more about this Jesus.

In July 2004, we became believers. Since then, God changed my name to Zoe, which means life and the suicidal thoughts no longer have a hold on me. Life with God has been a literal journey where we split our time between Singapore and Arizona for 16 years, before we settled back in Singapore in 2018. We did life with different churches of varying sizes and denominations.

In 2021, He led me to do Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry Online. Little did I know that I would find a belonging in this school. I grew to become more in awe and wonder of God and it just fuels my hunger for more. Denise and I met in Revival Group in 2023, and we graduated second year together in May 2024. Since then, I've been active mainly in a few groups that pray, intercede and prophesy regularly.

As God is leading me through a season of healing from PTSD, I am becoming increasingly aware that He wastes nothing, even the bad life experiences. He is preparing me to use me to break the chains of others who have experienced life as I had, and to invite them into the presence of the One in whom true freedom can be found.

We are so grateful that Zoe is on our Advisory Team. Zoe carries a global prophetic vision. Her insight, wisdom, and discernment have proven time and time again that there is no distance in the kingdom of God. Her guidance and understanding direct and inform our strategy as we move forward in implementing Seven Ministries globally to raise up an army of prophetic ones comfortable in the giftings that God has given them for such a time as this.
